Privacy Policy
1. What we collect and why
SUTIMOON collects your name, phone, email, visit date, party size, course, requests and optional allergy or dietary notes, and payment references to take, confirm and manage reservations, deposits and refunds.
2. Retention
Reservation records are kept for one year after the visit; transaction records are kept for five years as required by Korean law. Allergy and dietary notes are deleted within 30 days after the visit.
3. Processors
Payments are processed by Toss Payments. Email delivery and hosting are provided by Amazon Web Services (Seoul region). We do not share your data with other third parties.
4. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It sets cookies and collects non-identifying statistics such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate region; we do not use it for ad personalisation. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your reservation data at any time by contacting the restaurant.
